How to Become an Empowered HSP.

Find and become your unique empowered self as an HSP.

Learn how to deal with your struggles of being yourself as an HSP. To feel comfortable in your own skin, to know ways to calm yourself down, to know what you need, and to be capable to see to it that you get it, to have good boundaries.

The topics we will work through (program will be flexible and topics might change slightly) ;

  • Session 1: getting a deeper understanding of the trait and the various aspects of it, how does being introvert, extrovert or being High Sensation Seeking influence it. Learn how to self soothe, become aware of your needs and wants and what to do about it. 
  • Session 2: Accepting who you are, how to get there. Learning to create a balance between what you need and what you can do. How to create healthier thinking patterns so you’ll have more ease and less frustration in your life. 
  • Session 3: How to deal with your surroundings, if people don’t understand you, if you have difficulty to explain it. Learning healthy thinking, letting go of worries and creating healthy boundaries.
  • Session 4: How to deal with the overwhelm. How stress works and learning to listen to your body and act accordingly. 
  • Session 5: The seven levels of energy that influence your daily life and how you see the world. Using all the learned skills to become an empowered HSP.

If you are ready to make the step to become more empowered, to stop feeling helpless and to take action to make positive changes to your life, this program is a good fit!

The road to empowerment is a bumpy one, often with trial and error. With this webinar series you will get some very good understanding of what you need to do to become more comfortable in your own skin, to do the things that will create a better life for you.

If you are ready and willing to honestly look at yourself and be open to create new patterns you will find this training very helpful. It will not be ‘the cure’ for your sensitivity, but it will give you steps and tools how to deal with it.

Practical info:

There are three options to go through this 10-weeks program. With all three options you’ll get access to the private Facebook group which will offer continuous support.

  • The basic course with every two weeks new online video’s and handouts to work out on your own with email guidance. The price of this option is $149.- You can email me each once a week with your questions and thoughts.
  • All of the above but this time with 5 live group Zoom sessions (max of 6 persons). We will also use breakout rooms (small groups of 2-3 persons). You will have time to connect with others attending, share experiences and ask questions.  Meeting dates; December 6, December 20, January 3, January 17, January 31, 2022. all sessions at 5-7pm CEST, which will be 8-10am Pacific time.  This option costs $295.- Sign up before December 1 2021!
  • Or if you want to have my full attention you can do this with all the video’s and handouts but with 5 one hour live personal one on one Zoom sessions scheduled at your convenience. This option costs $595.-
